With approximately 1000 acres of unspoilt woodland and rolling parkland the Estate provides corporates that have an active programme of employee development with the ideal opportunity to create a programme that fulfils their management development and team building objectives.

At present we are working with specialist consultants to establish exactly what facilities we need to add to ensure that every training need is catered for. In the meantime we are happy to work with training managers and events companies to help tailor a programme that suits their individual needs and can either provide all the specialist equipment and suppliers that will be required, or simply make the venue available.

Uniquely, we are also able to provide corporates with a package that includes outdoor development sessions with teambuilding and bonding at social activities – either via hospitality at our own Hambleden Events or by working with you to create your own unique event to reward and motivate your employees.
